Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

- Adjust sriracha to taste for spiciness.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
