Description
Hot Cocoa Bombs are delightful chocolate spheres filled with cocoa powder and marshmallows that melt in hot milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour melted chocolate into a silicone mold and coat the sides.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Remove the chocolate cups from the mold.
- Fill half of the cups with cocoa powder, marshmallows, and powdered sugar.
- Heat a plate and gently melt the edges of the empty cups.
- Seal the filled cups with the melted edges and press together.
- Wrap in plastic or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Experiment with different fillings like caramel or peppermint.
- Serve with whipped cream or sprinkles on top.
