  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

Instructions
