Spicy and cheesy stuffed jalapeños.
Ingredients

- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of stuffed jalapeños.
- Place jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust spice level by keeping or removing seeds.
- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
