- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 slices bacon cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cream cheese cheddar cheese and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed pepper with a half slice of bacon.
- Place the peppers on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
