Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp browning sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, browning sauce, garlic, ginger, thyme, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and carrots to the pot.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
