Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 4 slices of fluffy milk bread
- Tonakatsu sauce
- Cabbage (shredded)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Slice the chicken and place it on a slice of milk bread.
- Add tonkatsu sauce and shredded cabbage.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Cut in half and serve.

- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of sauce according to your taste.
- Can add pickles for extra crunch.
