Instructions
- Preheat your oil for frying.
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into rings.
- Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and let cool.
