Description
Japchae is a Korean dish made with sweet potato glass noodles, vegetables, and beef.

- 200g sweet potato glass noodles
- 150g beef, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the sweet potato noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
- Boil the noodles for 5 minutes until soft, then drain and rinse.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add carrots, bell pepper, and onion, and stir-fry until tender.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix in the noodles, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Toss everything to combine well.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the soy sauce based on your taste.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
