Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Sift together flour, cocoa, and salt, then fold into the mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
