Delicious Knafeh Chocolate Crunch Bars with a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix melted butter with shredded phyllo dough in a bowl.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the phyllo base.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed nuts on top.
- Cover with the remaining phyllo mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
