- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix the beef and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, gochujang, and soy sauce.
- Stir in sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Form the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and extra gochujang for the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze on the loaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Apply the remaining glaze.
- Bake for 15 more minutes.
- Rest the meat for 10 minutes before you slice it.
Notes
- Use lean beef for less grease.
- Add more gochujang for extra spice.
- Serve with rice and vegetables.
