Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Add water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a heatproof bowl.
- Cover the bowl with aluminum foil.
- Place the bowl in a steamer over boiling water.
- Steam for about 15-20 minutes until set.
