Description
Delicious mini tarts filled with chocolate and topped with crispy kunafa.
Ingredients

- 1 cup kunafa
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the kunafa with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into tart pans to form a crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked kunafa crusts.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with pistachios before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use semi-sweet chocolate.
- You can add a layer of fruit before pouring the chocolate.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
