Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 23 dried red chilies
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower and stir-fry until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and dried chilies; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
  5. Pour sauce over cauliflower and stir to coat.
  6. Add peanuts and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
