Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2–3 dried red chilies
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, and dried chilies; cook for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce over cauliflower and stir to coat.
- Add peanuts and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust chili quantity for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
