Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small oblong shapes on skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
