Lamb Kofta Skewers are flavorful minced lamb meatballs seasoned with spices, grilled on skewers.
Ingredients

- 500g ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small oblong shapes on skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- These skewers can be served with pita bread or rice.
