Instructions
- Prepare the dough using flour, salt, and water. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook the beef shank in boiling water until tender.
- Remove beef and slice it thinly.
- Roll and stretch the rested dough into thin noodles.
- Boil the noodles in fresh water until cooked.
- Serve noodles in beef broth topped with sliced beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, and chili oil.
