Description
A refreshing drink combining the flavors of lavender and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with sugar and lavender.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the lavender.
- Add fresh lemon juice and remaining water to the pitcher.
- Stir well and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Use fresh lavender if available.
- Can be served hot or cold.
