A flavorful and easy-to-make Lebanese chicken shawarma wrap.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp shawarma spice mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, shawarma spice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm pita bread on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble wraps by adding chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce to pita.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to your taste.
- Serve with extra tahini sauce or hot sauce if desired.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or lamb.
