Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp shawarma spice mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, shawarma spice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Warm pita bread on the grill for 1 minute.
  5. Assemble wraps by adding chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce to pita.
  6. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
