Description
A refreshing Lebanese salad made with parsley, tomatoes, and bulgur.
Ingredients

- 1 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak the bulgur in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the bulgur and squeeze out excess water.
- In a bowl, mix the parsley, tomatoes, onion, and bulgur.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh parsley for the best flavor.
- Adjust the lemon juice and salt to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread for a complete meal.
