Description
A refreshing dessert made with mango, pomelo, and sago.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 cup pomelo, segmented
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Soak sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
- Boil water in a pot and add soaked sago pearls.
- Cook until sago becomes transparent, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
- Add cooked sago, diced mangoes, and pomelo segments.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- Use fresh fruit for the best flavor.
- Can be served with additional coconut milk on top.
