Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add soaked sago pearls.
  3. Cook until sago becomes transparent, about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
  5. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
  6. Add cooked sago, diced mangoes, and pomelo segments.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
