Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and matcha powder.
- Stir in melted butter until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the base.
- Cook until edges are set, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat until all batter is used, stacking crepes on a plate.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Layer crepes with whipped cream, spreading a thin layer between each.
- Chill the cake for at least an hour before serving.
