Description

Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Melt the white chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until combined.
  4. Add the matcha powder to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
  8. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
