Description
A rich, fudge-like dessert made with matcha green tea.
Ingredients

- 200g white chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 3 eggs
- 50g sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Melt the white chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until combined.
- Add the matcha powder to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
- Cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Adjust matcha quantity based on your taste preference.
