A delicious and creamy dessert made with matcha green tea.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g white chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons matcha powder
- 4 large eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Add matcha powder and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a terrine mold and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Unmold and serve chilled.

- Use high-quality matcha for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- Serve with fresh fruits or a coulis.
