Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add matcha powder and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into a terrine mold and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Unmold and serve chilled.
