Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix miso paste, sake, mirin, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Coat the black cod fillets with the miso mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Remove excess marinade from the cod and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked through and caramelized.
