Description

Ingredients

- 4 king oyster mushroom stems
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean the king oyster mushroom stems and slice them into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the mushroom slices with salt and black pepper.
- Add the mushroom slices to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
