Delicious Neapolitan cookie bars with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry layers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Divide dough into three portions.
- Mix cocoa powder into one portion.
- Spread chocolate dough in the pan.
- Spread vanilla dough over chocolate layer.
- Spread strawberry jam over vanilla layer.
- Top with remaining vanilla dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
