A rich and indulgent no-bake chocolate biscuit cake that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g sweetened condensed milk
- 50g chopped nuts
Instructions
- Break the biscuits into small pieces.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until combined.
- Mix in the broken biscuits and chopped nuts.
- Press the mixture into a lined cake tin.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from the tin and slice into pieces before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with chocolate ganache.
- Substitute nuts with dried fruits for variation.
