- 2 duck breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Score the skin of the duck breasts.
- Season the duck with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, sear the duck breasts skin-side down until golden brown.
- Flip the duck and cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove the duck and let it rest.
- In the same pan, add orange juice, ginger, honey, and soy sauce.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the duck and drizzle with the glaze.
