Oven Baked Peri Peri Chicken Drumsticks are flavorful and spicy chicken legs cooked to perfection.

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup peri peri sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by using more or less peri peri sauce.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
