Description
A refreshing layered dessert made with pandan and coconut flavors.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup pandan juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 packets agar-agar (7g each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine pandan juice and water in a pot.
- Add agar-agar and sugar. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
- Pour half of the mixture into a mold and let it set.
- In another pot, combine coconut milk, water, agar-agar, sugar, and salt.
- Heat until boiling, then pour over the set pandan layer.
- Let it cool and set completely.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use fresh pandan leaves for better flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
