Description

A refreshing layered dessert made with pandan and coconut flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pandan juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packets agar-agar (7g each)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine pandan juice and water in a pot.
  2. Add agar-agar and sugar. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a mold and let it set.
  4. In another pot, combine coconut milk, water, agar-agar, sugar, and salt.
  5. Heat until boiling, then pour over the set pandan layer.
  6. Let it cool and set completely.
  7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • Use fresh pandan leaves for better flavor.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
