Pandan Coconut Jelly is a refreshing dessert made with coconut milk and pandan flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pandan juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons agar-agar powder
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Boil water and dissolve agar-agar powder in it.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in pandan juice and coconut milk.
- Pour the mixture into molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use fresh pandan leaves for better flavor.
