Instructions
- Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Drain the excess fat from the pan.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic powder.
- Pour in the water and stir to combine.
- Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes until the liquid reduces.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven.
- Spoon the beef into the shells.
- Top with lettuce and cheese.
