- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 5 diced jalapeños
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 0.5 cup shredded jack cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 0.5 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
- Stir in peppers and bacon and cheese.
- Put the mix into a pan.
- Mix breadcrumbs and butter.
- Put crumbs on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Remove seeds to reduce heat.
- Use fresh peppers.
- Serve the dip hot.
