- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a tray.
- Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the topping.
- Coat the meat with half of the sauce.
- Place the tray in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Spread the rest of the sauce on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let the meat sit for 10 minutes before you cut it.
