- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese

- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water.
- Cook the pasta for ten minutes.
- Add broccoli to the water three minutes before the pasta finishes.
- Drain the water.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Stir in flour and cook for one minute.
- Whisk in milk until the sauce thickens.
- Mix in the cheese until it melts.
- Pour the sauce over your pasta and broccoli.
- Serve your meal.

- Add pepper flakes for heat.
