Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 12 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pour melted butter into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread shredded chicken and frozen vegetables over the butter.
  4. Whisk chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in a bowl.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Mix the biscuit flour with the seasoning packet and milk.
  7. Spread the biscuit batter over the top of the dish.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes until the top turns golden brown.

Notes

  • Do not stir the layers after you pour them.
  • Use a rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before you serve it.
