- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 10 flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces diced green chiles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix your chicken and one cup of cheese.
- Fill your tortillas with the mixture and roll them.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish.
- Melt your butter in a saucepan.
- Whisk in the flour for one minute.
- Add your broth and whisk until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the sour cream and chiles.
- Pour your sauce over the rolls.
- Top the dish with cheese.
- Bake for 22 minutes.
