Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces diced green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix your chicken and one cup of cheese.
  3. Fill your tortillas with the mixture and roll them.
  4. Place the rolls in a baking dish.
  5. Melt your butter in a saucepan.
  6. Whisk in the flour for one minute.
  7. Add your broth and whisk until the sauce thickens.
  8. Stir in the sour cream and chiles.
  9. Pour your sauce over the rolls.
  10. Top the dish with cheese.
  11. Bake for 22 minutes.
