Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until the meat turns brown.
  2. Drain the fat from the pan.
  3. Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet.
  4. Cook the vegetables for five minutes.
  5. Stir in the garlic and ginger for one minute.
  6. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  7. Pour the sauce over the beef.
  8. Toss the ingredients for two minutes.
