Description

You cook chicken pieces and coat them in a peanut sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet.
  3. Fry chicken until brown.
  4. Move chicken to a plate.
  5. Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and water in the skillet.
  6. Stir the sauce until thick.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat.

Notes

  • Serve with rice.
  • Top with peanuts.
