You cook chicken pieces and coat them in a peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Fry chicken until brown.
- Move chicken to a plate.
- Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and water in the skillet.
- Stir the sauce until thick.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat.
Notes
- Serve with rice.
- Top with peanuts.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
