- 1 cup water

- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the cake mix water oil and eggs in a large bowl.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake the cake for 30 minutes.
- Poke holes across the warm cake with a spoon handle.
- Pour the condensed milk and caramel sauce over the cake.
- Cool the cake completely.
- Spread whipped topping over the top and sprinkle toffee bits.
