Description
You cook chicken breasts with pickle juice and a parmesan coating.

- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup pickle juice
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Put chicken in a bowl with pickle juice.
- Let chicken soak for 30 minutes.
- Set oven to 400 degrees.
- Beat the egg in a small dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan in a dish.
- Stir in dill and spices.
- Take chicken out of the juice.
- Coat chicken in egg then the crumb mixture.
- Put chicken on a tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Use pickle juice from the jar.
- Spray oil on the coating for crunch.
- Check that chicken reaches 165 degrees.
