Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Put chicken in a bowl with pickle juice.
  2. Let chicken soak for 30 minutes.
  3. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Beat the egg in a small dish.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan in a dish.
  6. Stir in dill and spices.
  7. Take chicken out of the juice.
  8. Coat chicken in egg then the crumb mixture.
  9. Put chicken on a tray.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • Use pickle juice from the jar.
  • Spray oil on the coating for crunch.
  • Check that chicken reaches 165 degrees.
