- 12 dill pickle chips
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Dry the pickle chips with a paper towel.
- Place cheese on each pickle slice.
- Coat each piece in flour.
- Dip the pieces into the beaten egg.
- Press the pieces into the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil until brown.
Notes
- Use thick pickle slices.
- Drain pickles to prevent soggy bites.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
