Instructions
- Mix your warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
- Wait five minutes until the mixture looks foamy.
- Add your salt, melted butter, egg, and two cups of flour.
- Stir the mixture until it combines.
- Add your remaining flour to make a soft dough.
- Knead your dough on a floured surface for five minutes.
- Place your dough in a greased bowl and cover it.
- Let your dough rise for one hour in a warm spot.
- Punch your dough down and divide it into twelve pieces.
- Shape your pieces into balls and place them in a greased pan.
- Cover your pan and let the rolls rise for thirty minutes.
- Set your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake your rolls for fifteen minutes until golden.
- Brush your rolls with melted butter and serve them.
Notes
- Use milk between 105 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Store your rolls in a sealed container.
