- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Pour oats into a glass jar.
- Add milk and yogurt to the jar.
- Add chia seeds and honey.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Close the lid tight.
- Store the jar in your refrigerator for six hours.
- Eat the oats cold.
Notes
