Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less peri peri sauce.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad.
- Can marinate the chicken for a few hours for better flavor.
