- 2 zucchinis sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and onion to the pan.
- Cook until turkey browns and onion turns soft.
- Add garlic oregano salt and pepper.
- Add zucchini slices to the skillet.
- Cook for five minutes until tender.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the pan to melt the cheese.
