Description

You make these sliders with sweet rolls, ham, and Swiss cheese. A butter glaze covers the tops. These work for parties or meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound sliced beef ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the rolls in half.
  3. Put the bottom half in a pan.
  4. Layer ham and cheese on the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Whisk butter, mustard, poppy seeds, onion powder, and sauce.
  7. Pour the mixture over your rolls.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.

Notes

  • Cover with foil if the tops brown fast.
  • Use honey ham for sweetness.
