Description
You make these sliders with sweet rolls, ham, and Swiss cheese. A butter glaze covers the tops. These work for parties or meals.

- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound sliced beef ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the rolls in half.
- Put the bottom half in a pan.
- Layer ham and cheese on the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Whisk butter, mustard, poppy seeds, onion powder, and sauce.
- Pour the mixture over your rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
Notes
- Cover with foil if the tops brown fast.
- Use honey ham for sweetness.
- Prepare these ahead and keep them in your fridge until you bake them.
