Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend pistachios in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add dates, dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla.
- Process until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Form small balls with your hands.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use unsweetened cocoa powder for lower sugar content.
- Feel free to add your favorite nuts or seeds.
