Ingredients

- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix semolina, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
